This page provides additional information on the process of accessing and using data for publication purposes. Below you will find resources detailing the access process, data availability, data access agreement and publication policy. Please ensure to read ALL documents before completing the application for data access.
The COREG data are currently available to researchers who submit an application and are approved to access the data, including graduate students and postdoctoral fellows.
DATA ACCESS PROCESS
Please note that the timeline for obtaining COREG data includes the application review process, agreement completion, time to obtain approval from a Research Ethics Board (REB), and dataset preparation. You must apply to REB and submit proof of valid ethics approval and relevant documents to receive any COREG data. PUBLICATION POLICY
The data availability table provides a summary of variables available for study. Before submitting an application, please ensure that your variable(s) of interest are included in this table. The data access agreement provides the terms of use of COREG data. This access agreement must be filled out and signed BEFORE data access will be given. Please click on the button below to view a PDF of the data access agreement.
The publication policy provides information regarding acknowledgement of the COREG team in any publications. Before any project may be submitted to a journal, a draft must be provided to the COREG team. The draft must adhere to the terms of the publication policy in order to be approved.
